Production time is counted from the day you approve the e-proof, not the day you place the order — an order that sits in the proof queue for a week doesn't lose production time, it just starts later.
Standard windows
Most single-color pad-print and screen-print orders ship within 7-10 business days of approval. Laser engraving and multi-color imprints typically run 10-14 business days. These are shop averages, not guarantees — the live estimate on your order confirmation reflects current press load.
Rush service
Need it faster? Rush production is available on most items for an added fee, cutting standard windows roughly in half. Call before you order if you have a hard in-hands date — we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it before you commit to the rush fee.
