Shipping & tracking

Warehouse splits, ship times, and how to read a multi-warehouse delivery estimate.

Last updated Aug 2, 2026

Why an order sometimes ships in more than one box

Stock for a single order can live in more than one warehouse. Rather than wait for everything to consolidate in one place, we ship each warehouse's portion as soon as it's ready — you'll get separate tracking numbers, not a stalled single shipment.

Reading your delivery estimate

The estimate at checkout combines the longer of production or transit time for each warehouse your order draws from. If your quantity is split across two warehouses with different stock levels, the estimate reflects whichever portion finishes last.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as each portion of your order ships, and are also visible on the order confirmation page if you verified your email at checkout.

Delivery issues

If a package shows delivered but didn't arrive, or arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days with your order number — we'll sort out a reprint or replacement rather than send you back to the carrier.
