Privacy policy

What we collect

Order information (name, email, shipping address), payment details (processed by our payment provider — we don't store full card numbers), and the artwork files you upload for decoration.

Why we collect it

Solely to fulfill your order, send proofs and shipping updates, and keep your approved artwork on file for future reorders (see Reorders & repeats). We don't sell customer data to third parties.

How long we keep it

Order and artwork records are kept indefinitely to support reorders, unless you ask us to delete them. Email addresses used only to send a one-time e-proof verification code are not retained beyond that purpose.

Your requests

Email us to request a copy of what we have on file, or to have your account's artwork and order history deleted.
