Cancellations & changes
You can cancel free before proof approval. After that it depends on the press schedule.

Free cancellation, no questions asked. Nothing has gone to press yet — email or call and we'll cancel and refund the full order.
After you approve the proof
Once approved, your order enters the production queue. Cancelling at this point may still be possible if the item hasn't reached the press yet, but a setup fee may apply since art prep and job scheduling have already happened. Call as soon as possible — same-day cancellation requests have the best chance of avoiding any fee.
Once production has started
Orders already on press can't be cancelled. If there's a genuine problem with the order (see Returns & refunds for misprints/defects), that's handled as a reprint or refund under that policy instead.
Changing quantity or artwork mid-order
Treated the same as a cancellation-and-reorder if production hasn't started; not possible once it has.
