How to order
From picking an item to approving a proof, in five steps and about ten minutes.

Browse by category or search for a SKU. Every product page shows live stock counts by warehouse and the real quantity breaks for that item — the price you see updates as you change the quantity, so there's no separate quote step for standard orders.
Send your logo
Upload your art at checkout, or email it to us afterward if it's not ready yet. We accept vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) and high-resolution raster files (PNG, PSD). If your art needs cleanup — low resolution, wrong color mode, missing outlines — we redraw it free of charge before anything goes to press.
Approve the proof
Every order gets a free e-proof showing exactly how your logo will sit on the item, in your chosen imprint color. Nothing goes on press until you reply with an approval. If something's off, tell us what to change and we'll send a revised proof at no extra cost.
Production and shipping
Once you approve, the order enters the standard production queue for that decoration method (see Turnaround & rush for typical windows). You'll get tracking information as soon as it ships, split by warehouse if your order shipped from more than one location.
