Every imprint is applied in our Cleveland shop, on our own presses — that part is always true. Whether the blank item itself (the pen barrel before decoration) is US-manufactured varies by product line, since raw components are sourced from a mix of domestic and overseas suppliers depending on the item.
How the catalog is labelled
Product pages note the item's country of origin for the undecorated blank. If US-manufactured origin matters for your purchasing requirements (some government and municipal contracts require it), filter by origin on the category page or ask us directly before ordering — we'd rather confirm up front than have you find out after the order ships.
Decoration is always domestic
Regardless of where a blank item originates, the actual printing, engraving, and packing happens here, by our union crew — never outsourced to a third-party decorator.
