Proofs & approvals
Every order gets a free e-proof. Here is what it shows and what it does not.
Last updated Aug 2, 2026What the e-proof shows
A digital mockup of your logo positioned on the actual item, in the imprint color and decoration method you selected, at the size it will actually print. It's generated after you place the order and approve payment, and nothing goes to press until you approve it.
What it does not show
The e-proof is a flat digital rendering, not a physical sample. Slight variation in item color (a natural property of the material) and exact ink sheen aren't fully represented on screen. If exact color-matching is critical for your event, ask about a physical pre-production sample before approving a large run.
Revisions
Reply to the proof email with what to change — position, size, color — and we'll send a revised version. There's no limit on proof revisions and no charge for them; we'd rather get it right before press than after.
If you don't respond
Orders wait in a proof-approval queue with no expiration, but production can't start until you approve. If your event has a hard date, approve as early as possible — see Turnaround & rush for how the production clock starts only after approval, not at order placement.
