Artwork & file setup
What we can print from, what we will redraw for free, and what needs a quote.
Last updated Aug 2, 2026File types we accept
Vector files — AI, EPS, or PDF with outlined fonts — print cleanest and need no cleanup. High-resolution raster files (PNG or PSD, 300dpi or higher at print size) work for most single-color and full-color imprints.
What we redraw for free
A logo that's low-resolution, has a busy background, or was exported with the wrong color mode still works — our art desk vectorizes and cleans it up at no charge before it goes to the e-proof stage. This covers the vast majority of files we receive.
What needs a quote first
Multi-color gradients on decoration methods that only support solid spot colors, extremely fine detail below the minimum line weight for the imprint method, or a full redesign (not just cleanup) may need a separate quote before we can proof it. We'll tell you up front if your file falls into this category rather than silently substituting something different.
Color matching
Tell us a Pantone (PMS) number if brand color accuracy matters — otherwise we match to the closest standard imprint color for the decoration method you've chosen.
