Terms of sale
The contract that governs orders placed through this site.
Last updated Aug 2, 2026Order acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase; an order is accepted when we begin production, which happens after you approve the e-proof (see How to order). Prices shown at checkout are locked in for that order and won't change after acceptance.
Pricing and quantity breaks
Unit prices are tiered by quantity. You're always charged the price tier for the quantity you actually order — there's no minimum beyond each item's stated minimum order quantity.
Custom decoration
Every item is decorated to order once you approve a proof. Because of this, orders can't be cancelled or modified after proof approval without affecting the production schedule — see Cancellations & changes for specifics.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We aren't responsible for indirect costs (event rebooking, third-party services) arising from a shipping delay outside our control.
